摘要
定位技术是无线传感器网络的重要研究内容。提出一种应用于井下环境的无线传感器网络快速定位方法。首先提出一种新的基于UWB(Ultra Wideband)的通信协议来对接收信号强度(RSS)信息进行收集,即一种称为U-BOTH(基于OVSF和跳时的UWB技术)的UWB编码方法,然后提出一种适用于井下环境的快速定位算法。通过推导UWB路径损耗模型,应用极大似然估计来计算与参照传感器之间的距离,并使用最小方差估算移动传感器的坐标。仿真结果表明,在路径损耗模型下,U-BOTH传输技术可以有效地降低误码率,测距和定位算法能够准确计算目标的井下位置。
Localisation technique is the important research content in wireless sensor networks. In this paper we present a fast localisation algorithm for WSN applying in underground mines environments. First, we present a new UWB-based communication protocol to collect the received signal strength (RSS) information, i.e. it is a UWB coding approach called as U-BOTH (the UWB technique based on orthogonal variable spreading factor (OVSF) and time hopping ). Then, we propose a fast localisation algorithm suitable for underground mines situation. Through deducing out the UWB path loss model, the algorithm applies the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) method to calculating the distances to the reference sensors and uses minimum variance to estimate the coordinates of the sensors. Simulation results show that the U-BOTH transmission technique can effectively reduce the bit error rate in path loss model, the raging and localisation algorithm can accurately calculate the location of objects in underground mine.
