摘要
提出基于本体和案例推理的高血压诊疗系统的框架结构。围绕框架结构模型,整合专业高血压知识,使用protégé构建高血压领域本体和推理规则,构成高血压领域知识库;使用Jess推理机进行推理操作,用动态推理自学习得到的新知识丰富知识库,并提取部分本体实例作为小型案例库;使用Jena实现对本体库和案例库并行的查询,将查询和推理结果返回,给出一个适合病人情况的用药和非用药处方。
In this paper we present a framework structure of hypertension diagnosis and treatment system which is based on ontology and case-based reasoning (CBR). Around the model of framework structure, the professional knowledge of hypertension is integrated, the prot6g6 is used to construct ontology and reasoning rules of hypertension domain and to form the knowledge base of hypertension domain; Jess reason- ing machine is used to carry out the reasoning operation, and the new knowledge enrich data base is derived from dynamic reasoning self- learning; part of the ontology examples are extracted as the small case pool, and Jena is used to achieve the querying of ontology and case pool. Finally, query and reasoning results are returned back to provide a medication and non-medication prescription suitable for the patients.
