摘要
本文基于积分等级不同的用户,运用实证研究探讨了网上问答社区用户持续以回答问题的方式贡献知识意向的影响机制。结果表明,除了互惠;声誉的提升、学习和获取知识的能力均显著影响用户的持续贡献知识意向;积分作为一种虚拟社区中常见的激励机制显著的调节用户的持续贡献知识意向;对于积分等级高的用户来说,其持续贡献知识意向更多的是为了声誉的提升和互惠;而对于积分等级低的用户而言,其持续贡献知识意向更多的是为了提升学习和获取知识的能力。本文深化了对于持续性知识分享行为的研究,对于网上问答社区的可持续发展具有实践意义。
This empirical study investigates the factors influencing users' continuance intention of knowledge sharing in online Q&A com- munities by comparing different groups of users with different level of points. The results show that reputation, ieaming and the ability to gain knowledge have significant impacts on users' continuance intention of knowledge sharing in online Q&A communities. Reciprocity, however, does not have a significant impact on continuance intention. The results also show that the level of points as a common reward system in online Q&A communities plays a moderating role in the relationship between users' continuance intention of knowledge sharing and sharing performance. In particular, users with higher level of points care more about their reputation and reciprocity, while users with lower level of points consider more about leaming and the ability to gain knowledge. These conclusions have theoretical significance for the research of users' continuance intention of knowledge sharing, and practical implications for the sustainable development of online Q&A communities.
