摘要
目的:了解现阶段儿童家长对儿童安全用药的关注度和认知水平,为开展儿童安全用药教育提供依据。方法:自行设计问卷,随机抽取福建省妇幼保健院儿科门诊306名患儿家长进行现场问卷调查,问卷内容包括患儿家长的基本情况、对儿童安全用药态度、对儿童安全用药知识认知度。结果:302份有效调查问卷中,家长对儿童安全用药的态度及认知度与文化程度相关,儿童家长的安全用药态度可以影响其用药知识的水平。结论:针对不同文化程度的儿童家长,应有针对性地开展儿童合理用药的宣教,扩展合理用药教育的深度和广度,从而提高儿童家长对安全用药相关知识的认知水平。
Objective： To investigate the current situation about the concern and cognition of children＇s medication safety on the part of parents, so as to provide evidence for better education of children＇s medication safety. Methods： The questionnaires were designed by the authors. Three hundred and six parents were investigated in the Outpatient Department of Pediat- rics in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fujian Province, with questionnaires about the general information of the par- ents, their attitude and knowledge of children＇s medication safety. Results： Three hundred and two valid questionnaires were recovered. Results showed that the attitude and knowledge on the part of parents concerning children＇s medication safety were closely correlated with their educational background, their attitude toward medication safety, as well as their knowledge on medication safety. Conclusion： Directed at different types of parents, efforts should he made to implement propaganda and education on the children＇s medication safety, so as to improve their cognition on the medication safety.
