摘要
突破性技术创新已经成为一国经济持续发展的主要动力.在突破性技术创新过程中,研发联盟伙伴选择的成功与否,直接会影响到突破性技术创新成败.本文将TOPSIS方法应用到突破性技术创新研发联盟伙伴选择过程中,并考虑到决策者对评价指标权重的不同,依据贴近度的公理化定义对TOPSIS方法进行了改进,并构造出了"相对"贴近度,以此来折衷地衡量研发联盟合作伙伴的优劣.
Disruptive technology innovation has become the main driving force for sustainable economic development of a country. During the process of disruptive technology innovation, the partner selection of R &: D alliance is directly related to its effectiveness and success. In this paper, the author applied the TOPSIS method to the R & D alliance partner selection process, and considered the preference of the decision maker. Then, the author converted an absolute closeness degree into a relative closeness degree according to the concept of TOPSIS to measure the advantage and disadvantage of the R &: D alliance partners.
