摘要
智慧城市是当前城市发展的一种全新的理念与路径,是未来城市发展的新选择。汇众人之智是智慧城市建设的抓手,智慧城市建设不仅需要具备核心技术创造能力的创新智慧人才,还需要具备管理协调能力的发现智慧人才,更需要具有顶层设计能力的综合类统整智慧人才,同时离不开智慧人才培养的教育要素和社会条件。
Intelligent city as a completely new idea of city development is the new choice of future city development. Synergy from every intellect is the key to building intelligent city. The construction of intelligent city requires not only innovative intellect, but also intellect with management and coordination ability, and intellect with top level design ability. What is even more needed is the education and social condition that foster intellect.
