摘要
研究了磷含量(0.005%、0.012%、0.020%)对Cr-Mn-Si钢的强度、塑性、韧性和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,磷对光滑试样的拉伸强度(σ_p、σ_p)和塑性没有明显影响。随磷含最的的增加,缺口拉伸强度和冲击韧性降低,当磷含量大于0.012%时,冲击韧性比缺口拉伸强度下降明显,且前者断口上沿晶断裂区大于后者。
The effect of P content on tensile strength,ductilily,toughness and morphology of medium carbon Cr-Mn-Si steels has been investigated. The results show that no remarkable effect of P content on tensile strength and ductility of smooth specimen. Notch tensile strength and impact toughness decrease with increase of P content. When P content is greater than 0.012 per cent, the impact toughness decreases remarkably than notch tensile strength, and the grain boundary cracking area of the former gets larger than that of the latter.
