摘要
阐述ESP理论和对比我国本科院校与高职院校对ESP教学研究与实践的现状,分析制约ESP教学实施的因素,提出高职院校ESP教学应实施EGP+ESP教学模式。这种模式既能夯实高职学生的英语语言基础,又能提高学生用英语传递和表达专业信息的能力,从而更好地实现高职院校英语教学目标,为高职人才培养服务。
Based on exploring ESP theory arid comparing the ESP teaching research and practice between universities and colleges in China, this paper analyzes the factors which influence ,the implementation of ESP teaching and proposes the mode of "ESP+ EGP" in college ESP teaching. The mode not only consolidates the foundation of college students' English knowledge, but also helps the students improve their abilities of transferring and expressing information in English. Eventually' it will make contribution to reach the goals of English language teaching.
