摘要
β2肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)在心血管功能的调节中发挥着关键作用,其基因序列是高度多态的。近些年来,关于β2-AR基因多态性的研究不断深入,许多研究者对不同人群和种族中β2-AR基因多态性与冠心病的联系进行了研究,他们认为研究两者的相关性可以加深对冠心病发病机制的认识,并能为预防和治疗冠心病提供新思路,但不同研究者实验得出的结论并不一致。本文就β2-AR基因多态性与冠心病相关性的研究动态进行综述。
Beta2-adrenergic receptor β-AR) plays a pivotal role in the regulation of cardiovascular func- tion. The sequence of β-AR is highly polymorphie. In recent years, the research on fl2-AR polymorphisms have devel- oped deeply. Scientists have conducted a lot of experiments to figure out the relevance between/32-AR polymorphisms and coronary heart disease. But the experimental conclusions are not consistent in different populations or races. These studies enable us to produce a more profound understanding of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, and to find new ideas for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. This article focuses on the studies related to/32-AR polymorphisms and coronary heart disease in the last few years.
