室温球磨固相化学反应法-氢还原法制备超细球形钴粉

摘要 以CoSO4·7H2O·NH4HCO3和适量表面活性剂为原料,采用室温球磨固相化学反应法制备超细球形钴粉,并利用XRD、SEM研究了还原温度、表面活性剂、球磨时间对钴粉的结构、形貌和粒度的影响。研究表明在球料比8颐1,球磨机转速为250 r/min,球磨4 h,表面活性剂为聚乙二醇,还原温度为600℃,还原3h条件下,可制备晶格主要为面心立方结构的Co粉,其球化率和结晶度高,颗粒度为100~150 nm,粒度分布较窄。 Ultrafine spherical cobalt powders were successfully synthesized by ball-milling solid-state chemical reaction method in which CoSO4窑7H2O窑NH4HCO3 were used as reactants and the trace active surfactant was added.The effects of reaction temperature,surfactant,ball-milling time on the microstructure,morphologies and grain size distribution of cobalt powder were studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that the cobalt powder with most face-centered cubic structure can be obtained when the mass ratio of mall to material is 8:1,the rotational speed of ball mill is 250 r/min,ball-milling time is 4 h,the surfactant is PEG,reaction temperature is 600℃ and reduction time is 3 h.Moreover,the cobalt particle has spherical shape and good crystallinity,the size is 100-150 nm.
