摘要
目的:对婴幼儿的不同喂养方式与营养性贫血的发生状况进行临床分析,为婴儿的科学喂养提供依据。方法:选择潍坊市益都中心医院儿童医学中心保健门诊体检6~24个月龄婴幼儿200名,研究营养性贫血的发生率,对贫血患儿随机分为干预组及对照组,干预组给予辅食添加指导及各种喂养知识宣教,1月后对其贫血纠正程度分析。结果:1岁以内婴儿贫血率要高于〉1岁的幼儿;辅食添加患儿贫血发生率低;干预组贫血纠正率高于对照组。结论:婴幼儿营养不良性贫血发病率高,尤其为6个月~1岁婴儿。及时并合理添加辅食能有效的降低并改善营养性贫血的发生。
Objective:different ways of feed- ing of infants and the occurrence of nutri-tional anemia clinical analysis,to provide ba- sis for scientific feeding babies.Methods: weifang yi are children's medical center, health center hospital outpatient medical 200 6 - 24 mouths infant,study the inci- dence of nutritional anemia,children with anemia were randomly divided into interven- tion group and control group,intervention group was given consisting add guidance and all kinds of feeding knowledge,to ana- lyze the degree of anemia correction after 1 month.Results:infants less than 1.1 years anaemia than is greater than 1 year old.2. Assist food added with low incidence of ane- mia.3.The intervention group anemia,correct rate is higher than the control group.Conclu- sion:the incidence of infant and young child nutrition not benign anemia is high,especial- ly for 6 months-1 year old baby.Timely and reasonable to add side dish can effectively reduce and improve the nutritional anemia.
