摘要
给出了一种以MC9S08AW60为主控MCU的重介分流箱模数混合式智能控制器的设计方法,详细介绍了电流环接受和发送模块,RS232/Profibus-DP数据协议转换模块,信号采集和驱动模块,以及基于WiFi的人机交互系统的设计。在重介选煤过程控制系统中的实际应用表明,该系统调节快速准确,人机交互方便,适用于现场总线控制和电流环控制,很好地满足了工业过程FCS控制的发展和生产过程综合自动化的需求。
A design of a analog-digital mixed intelligent controller of dense medium split instrument was given based on the main MCU of MC9S08AW60. Main circuits were introduced in details, included current loop receiver and transmitter module, RS232/Profibus-DP protocol conversion, data acquisition and driver module, and human-computer interaction system on WiFi. The practical application in dense medi- um preparation show that this system adjusts quick and accurately, convenient in human-computer interac- tion, suitable for field-bus and current loop control systems, which meet with the development of FCS and the need of integrated automation in industrial process control.
