基于AVR单片机的小信号智能除霜继电器的设计与实现

摘要 制冷设备在冬季制热工况运行时,室外换热器表面容易结霜,使室内供热量不足,严重时机组无法正常运行。因此,有效的空调器除霜模式,对于提高空调器的舒适性和节省能源有着重要意义。在空调和制冷领域,GDR除霜继电器在工作转换中可做到使用最优化。本文基于AVR单片机设计了一种新型GDR除霜继电器,采用温度传感器监控霜冻并进行工作的结构,设计了除霜模式选择、除霜时间的选择、在温度传感器故障下除霜、风机控制输出等特色功能。同时具有紧凑的尺寸、IP20的保护等级,用DIN导轨固定,GDR配的温度传感器可以折开,以便替换,具有较高的性价比设计特性。 When refrigeration equipment is running in heating conditions in the winter, the outdoor heat exchanger surface is easy to frost, which results in the shortage of indoor heat supply and even the failure of the aircrew. Therefore, an effective air conditioner defroster mode is important for the air conditioner to improve performance to achieve comfort and energy saving functions. In the field of air conditioning and refrigeration, GDR defrost relay can optimize the performance in conversion. Based on AVR mierocontroller, this paper presents a new GDR defrost relay. By using the structure with which the temperature sensor not only monitors frost but works at the same time, the relay has the functions of the defrost mode selection, the defrost time selection, the defrost in the failure of temperature sensor, and the fan-controlled output, etc. Also it has the features of compact size, IP20 protection classes, fixing with DIN rail, GDR temperature sensor which can be taken apart to be replaced, and high cost performance value.
