摘要
在机械零件的数控加工和学生数控铣削实训中,经常对凹凸球面体类零件进行数控铣削,正确的程序编写显得就很重要,如使用CAD/CAM软件进行实体造型及编程,工作量就较大,而使用变量程序编写是快速完成编程和加工的较好途径,也大大地减少了编程数据量。
In the process of machining parts by CNC and milling training of students to mill,convex spherical surface parts are often milled by CNC.In this case,the proper program is extremely important.Much more work must be done if solid modeling and programming are carried out by CAD/CAM.However,the variable program is a better way to accomplish program and production quickly.It reduces much more data volumes in the process of programming.
