摘要
管件高压液力成形技术是一种先进异型管件制造技术,它利用高压液体使管件塑性成形,特别适合加工沿轴线管件截面形状连续变化的空心构件,目前已广泛应用于汽车零件的轻量化制造中。介绍了该工艺的技术原理、典型工艺、工装设备、材料及其成形性能、工艺分析方法、摩擦和润滑等方面。
The tube high pressure hydraulic forming technique is and aduanced one of the special-shaped tube making,that the high pressure hydraulic is used to form the plastic tube,specifically,suitalle for the reduced hollow tube along the axis tube.Now this technique is widely applied to the ligh weight automobile parts making.This paper overall introduces its technological principle,typical technique,erecting equipment,naferial and forming characteristics,technical analysis method,wear lubrication and so on.
