摘要
本文论述了近年来国内外实施节能产品的能效标准、认证标识制度的一些进展情况 ,对该制度的建立方法和对能源效率的影响进行了总结评述 ,为进一步推动我国节能产品标识认证 。
This paper has introduced the current development of energy efficient standards/labeling/certification of energy conservation products which initiated in many developed and developing countries,and summarized the methodology of how to establish an energy efficient standards/labering/certification system and its impact on the upgrading energy effieiency,finally,raised some reference suggestions aimed to further facilitate the development of china's energy certification of energy conservation products.
