摘要
对330MW锅炉高温过热器爆管原因进行了分析,结果表明,部分管子超温运行使得管内产生大量的氧化皮,启动阶段管壁温度波动较大导致个别管圈氧化皮脱落是造成高温过热器2次异常的直接原因。制定了防止高温过热器超温运行的措施,降低了氧化皮生成速度,并明确了预防氧化皮脱落的控制措施,取得了较好的效果。
Through analyzing the explosion reason of the high temperature superheater on the 330 MW boiler,the conclusion shows that a great deal of oxide skin is generated in some tubes because of the over-temperature operation, and the wall temperature of tubes fluctuate so strongly that the oxide skin of the individual tube coil drop out in star-up phase which is the direct cause of the superheater getting twice abnormal. The situation is improved and gets better after taking action to prevent the superheater from over-temperature operating, reduc- ing the generated velocity of the oxide skin, making sure the control measure of preventing the oxide skin from dropping out.
