摘要
以导师工作为核心,就业教育应贯穿大学的始终,针对学生所处的不同阶段开展不同的就业辅导与教育,这样可以增强学生的就业意识与紧迫感;只有理论学习与实践有机结合,才能提高就业竞争力;只有充分积累学生与企业的反馈信息,调整教学计划,增强课程的社会适应性,才能使学生的知识结构与技能储备更加适应人才市场的需求。
In order to enhance students' awareness and sense of tension of employment, we should consider the mentor work as the core, employment education should run through the whole education, and career guidance should be carried out in different stages. As long as the theory study and practice are dynamically integrated, employment competitive- ness can be promoted. As long as the feedback of students and corporates are accumulated, teaching programme are ad- justed, and social adaptiveness is strengthened, students'structure of knowledge and skill store can be adapted to the ac- quirement of talent market.
