摘要
探讨利用白洋淀土著优势沉水植物轮藻(Chara sp.)和金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)群落组合治理水体富营养化的可行性和效果。在白洋淀建成10个原位围隔(每个围隔的面积为4 m2),在围隔中,分别按30%覆盖度轮藻+10%覆盖度金鱼藻、40%覆盖度轮藻+20%覆盖度金鱼藻和60%覆盖度轮藻+20%覆盖度金鱼藻的方式种植轮藻和金鱼藻,研究不同覆盖度轮藻和金鱼藻在改善水体营养状态方面的差异与稳定性。研究结果表明,不同覆盖度的轮藻和金鱼藻组合都能有效控制围隔水体中的浮游植物生物量,改善水体透明度;其中,60%覆盖度轮藻+20%覆盖度金鱼藻组合对围隔中水体的营养状态改善效果最好,水体中总氮和总磷含量明显下降,水体透明度从57 cm提高到66 cm,浮游植物多样性明显增加,水体营养状态指数值从47.37减小到25.76。种植合理覆盖度的轮藻和金鱼藻有利于改善白洋淀水体的水质。
The indigenous submerged plants Chara sp. and Ceratophyllum demersum were chosen to verify the ability of the eutrophication control in Baiyangdian Lake. Ten situ enclosures, 4 m2 each, were built in Bai- yangdian Lake, with different coverages of 30% Chara sp.+ 10% Ceratophyllum demersum, 40% Chara sp.+ 20% Ceratophyllum demersum, 60% Chara sp.+20% Ceratophyllum demersum respectively. The results showed that the three kinds of the coverages of Chara sp. and CeratophyUum demersum had improved water quality to varying degrees. Of the three kinds of the experiments, the 60% Chara sp.+20% Ceratophyllum demersum com- bination had controlled phytoplankton biomass and nutrients most effectively. The contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the water decreased obviously, the average transparency of the water was improved from 57 cm to 66 cm, the phytoplankton diversity increased significantly, and the trophic state index (TSIM) decreased from 47.37 to 25.76. The study showed that a reasonable coverage of Chara sp. and Ceratophyllum demersum could help improve water quality and control eutrophication in Baiyangdian Lake.
