南水北调地下调蓄在济南保泉供水中的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 济南具有"泉城"美誉,但为保泉水持续喷涌,近一半济南人民不得不喝包括黄河水在内的地表水。我国南水北调东线经过济南,经估算济南段地下水可调蓄总量达4.684 0×108 m3,相当于128×104 m3/d。目前济南市用水量约为116.14×104 m3/d,其中开采地下水量为38.58×104 m3/d,生活用地下水量仅为12.08×104 m3/d,仅占生活用水总量的25%,如果将引江客水转化为地下水再利用,不仅可以保持泉水喷涌,而且也能让泉城人民喝上优质地下水。本文对南水北调地下调蓄在济南保泉供水中的可行性进行了分析论证。结果显示:根据南水北调济南段水文地质特征和调蓄条件分析,可将济南段划分为济西、济南泉域和明水泉域3个调蓄区段,其中济西区段分布着面积较大、岩溶发育的岩溶含水层,引江水经过渗透性较强的直接补给区,调蓄条件好,济南泉域区段含水层岩溶发育,地下调蓄空间较大,利于地下水储存,可通过引水工程补给地下水,明水泉域区段与济南保泉供水关系不大,暂不考虑;通过地下调蓄量估算,济西调蓄量为83×104 m3/d,济南泉域调蓄量为45×104 m3/d,两者之和大于用水量,可置换生活用地表水。 Ji'nan has the reputation of'Spring City',and in order to protect springs,nearly half of the people in Ji'nan have to drink surface water.The east route of South-to-north Water Transfer Project passes through Ji'nan.Water in Ji'nan section can have the storage amount of 4.684 0×108 m3,including the groundwater of 38.58×104 m3/d,and the groundwater for life is only 12.08×104 m3/d.If we lead river water into groundwater,the reuse can not only keep the springs and fountains,but also let people drink high quality groundwater.According to the analysis of storage condition,Ji'nan section can be divided into three key parts:Western Ji'nan,Ji'nan spring field and Mingshui spring field.Western Ji'nan with a large area and good karstification aquifer has good storage condition,so we can lead river through the recharge area with strong permeability;Ji'nan spring field has large underground storage space,and we can recharge groundwater by the water transfer project;Mingshui spring field has little to do with the spring protection and water supply of Ji'nan City,so we temporarily do not consider it.Through the estimation of groundwater storage capacity,the paper demonstrates that the storage capacity of Western Ji'nan is 83×104 m3/d,the storage capacity of Ji'nan spring field is 45×104 m3/d,and the sum of the two parts is greater than the sum of water consumption.It is suggested that people in Ji'nan City can take groundwater as living water.
