摘要
21世纪以来,我国市场经济发展突飞猛进,各行业的竞争尤为激烈。建设单位要在激烈的行业竞争中占一席之地,就要做好工程项目成本控制措施。本文从工程设计、招标及合同签订、施工等方面,提出了工程成本控制所面临的问题和解决措施。
Since the 21st century, Chinese has a rapid development of market economy, and various industries competition is fierce. The construction unit,wants account for a place in the fierce competition of the industry, which is necessary to do a good of the project cost control measures. This article put forward the project cost, control problems and countermeasures from the aspects of engineering design, tendering and contracting, and construction etc.
