摘要
随着我国市场经济的逐渐深入,建设项目向大型化发展,以及业主对建设工程需求的综合性和集成性越来越高,大量的新技术、新工艺、新材料在建设工程中得到广泛应用,逐步形成了工程总承包的承包发展模式。建筑工程施工项目管理对于确保项目的顺利实施起着关键性的作用。在技术经济一体化的视角下,作为建筑工程施工过程中最重要的环节,施工项目管理对整个建筑工程的质量与进度以及安全等方面有着极其重要的作用,同时先进的技术倚靠着经济的发展来带动,应用先进技术,发展生产力必然会带动经济效益,技术是手段,经济是目的。在经济和技术双重结合下,建筑施工单位就更应高度重视施工项目管理,对项目管理方案进行不断优化,保证工程施工质量,加快工程施工进度,减少工程安全事故,延长建筑物使用寿命,为广大用户的安全性、舒适性提供基本保障。文章主要针对总承包单位项目部有关技术经济一体化在项目施工管理中的作用,并以此提出相应的策略,仅供参考。
