摘要
工程质量是保证建筑质量的重点,从根本上讲,工程质量管理的要点在于人的管理、机器设备的好坏、建筑材料质量是否过关以及建筑地区的周围环境。本文主要研究了房建工程中施工质量管理中经常出现的问题,以及问题的控制方式。
