SLS内置热源与烧结件间距对烧结件的密度影响

摘要 选择性激光烧结件的烧结密度除了会受成型机参数影响外,在加工时也会受相邻烧结件的影响.为了研究相邻烧结件之间的相互影响关系,提出了内置热源的概念.通过在选择性激光烧结过程中加入内置热源,研究水平方向和垂直方向内置热源与烧结件之间不同间距对烧结件密度的影响.结果显示,当设定烧结功率为30 W的内置热源与设定烧结功率为15 W的烧结件之间的间距在1~8 mm时,对烧结件的密度有较大影响,且其对烧结件密度的影响随着内置热源与烧结件间距的增大而减小,当间距大于8 mm时,其影响可以忽略不计. The density of selective laser sintering parts is not only influenced by the parameter of molding machine, but also influenced by other parts around them in the process. In order to study the interaction between adjacent sintered parts, the concept of internal heat source was presented. By putting the internal heat source in the selective laser sintering process, the influence of internal heat source which had different space in horizontal and vertical directions to a sintered part was studied. The result shows that when the space between the internal heat source with 30 W sintering power and the sintered part with 15 W sintering power is from 1 mm to 8 mm, it has quite a big impact on the density of sintered part, and the impact is decreased with the increase of the space between them, when the space is greater than 8mm, the impact can be ignored.
