医学院校文化素质教育的制约因素及解决途径 被引量:4

摘要 医学院校应该重新认识文化素质教育的内涵,分析文化素质教育与相关素质教育的关系。目前一些医学院校对文化素质的内涵认识有误;片面强调医学本身的科学性,忽视其人文性;管理者的意识和水平有待提高;实施文化素质教育的机制不健全;文化素质教育类课程设置不规范。医学院校必须转变教育思想,更新教育观念;加强领导,健全机构,明确责任;文化素质教育为学校整体建设服务;高度重视文化素质教育的实践;提高教师文化素质教育的水平。 Medical colleges should rediscover the cultural quality education connotation, and analyze the relationship between cultural quality education and quality education. At present, some medical colleges have misknowledge to the connotation of cultural quality education. They emphasize scientific medicine itself, ignore the humanistic characteristic. The consciousness and level of administrators should be improved. The mechanism of cultural quality education is not perfect. Cultural quality education curriculum is not standard. Medical colleges must change the education thought, renewal the education idea and strengthen leadership, sound institutions and clear lines of responsibility. The cultural quality education service for the whole school construction. They also should attach great significance to the practice of cultural quality education and improve the cultural quality education of teachers.
