ISO9000作为世界公认的质量管理体系,已被众多国家和地区所采用,并广泛应用于工业、经济和政府的管理领域。教育考试管理机构引入ISO9000管理理念与标准,推进自身质量管理体系建设,对于提升机构的专业化品质与管理水平,实现为社会提供科学公正的教育考试评价服务目标具有重要的促进作用与现实意义。
ISO9000, a world-wide recognized quality management system, has been adopted by lots of countries and areas and widely used in industrial, economic and government management. Its management concepts and standards are introduced by many education examinations authorities in order to advance their own quality management system, and promote their professional level and management capability. It also has very important significances and realistic meanings for us to achieve the goal of providing scientific and impartial education examinations and assessment service for our society.
