摘要
目的为了加强对W135群流行性脑脊髓膜炎的疫情监测和病原监测,及早发现流行苗头,防止W135群流脑疫情的暴发。方法对2013年4月22日山西省儿童医院收治的1例流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)病例进行调查。结果患者血液脑膜炎奈瑟菌的特异DNA PCR鉴定为W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌。结论这是1例由W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌引起的流脑病例。
Objective To strengthen the monitoring of epidemic and pathogen of W135 meningococcal cerebrospinal meningitis,so as to detect epidemic and prevent the outbreak of serogroupW135. Methods A survey was conducted on the case of meningococcal meningitis （meningitis） in Children＇s Hospital of Shanxi Province on April 22,2013. Results The blood of patients with Neisseria meningitidis DNA PCR specificity was identified as Neisseria meningitidis serogroup W135. Conclusion This case is caused by W135 meningoeoceal meningitis.
