摘要
目的探讨新时期加强药检人才队伍建设问题。方法分析当前的药品检验形势,从人才引进、人才培养、体制创新等方面,推进药检队伍实现技能型向创新科研型的转变。结果与结论坚持用科学发展观培养药检人才队伍,实现"人才兴检"战略。
Objective To discuss the issue of strengthening the construction of drug control talent team in the new era.Methods Talent introduction,talent cultivation and system innovation promoted the drug control team to change from skill-based to innovative scientific research-based according to the current situation of drug control.Results and Conclusion We should insist on a scientific outlook on development in cultivating the drug control talent team and realize the strategy of＂talent improves test control＂.
