摘要
基于AVR与GPRS的电梯远程监控方法首先对电梯故障进行分类编码.然后将信号采集单元分成轿顶传感器采集单元和控制柜信号采集单元两部分.再利用AVR单片机对电梯信号进行采集处理,并判断故障类型,输出故障代码等信息。采用通用分组无线服务技术(GPRS)实现故障信号的无线传输。用VB语言设计了中心监测动态显示画面。最后利用Proteus软件进行仿真,证明了设计的可行性和有效性。
This paper introduces an elevator remote monitoring method based on AVR and GPRS. The method first classifies coding on the elevator fault, then separates the signal acquisition unit into a car top sensor data acquisition unit and a control signal acquisition unit, then judges the fault type and outputs fault code information using single-chip AVR elevator signal acquisition and processing. The general packet radio service (GPRS) is used in wireless transmission of signal, and the center monitoring dynamic display screen is designed using VB language. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the design are proved using Proteus simulation software.
