摘要
铁路选线设计,是一个涉及专业多,技术复杂、综合性较强的工作;一个好的线路方案综合考虑了路网布局、区域经济、城市规划、地形、地质、环保、用地、投资等因素,在诸多的因素中抓住主要矛盾,平衡好技术、经济和外界条件关系是解决问题的关键。结合吉图珲客运专线选线设计情况,对工程选线、经济选线、地质选线、环保选线、规划选线的基本要求、主要原则进行阐述。
Railway route selection is a highly integrated work in relation to muhiple subjects and complex technologies. For this reason, the author puts forward the method about how to work out a good scheme of route selection. Meanwhile, the author suggests that when constituting a scheme of route selection, a variety of factors should be taken into account comprehensively, such as railway network overall arrangement, regional economy, urban planning, topography, geology, environment protection, land use, project cost and so on. The author also points out the key links for solving route selection problem：seizing the principle contradiction among above-mentioned factors, and effectively balancing the relationships among technology, economy and external conditions. Further on, in combination with the route selection design for Jilin-Tumen-Hunchun railway passenger dedicated line, the author expounds the basic requirements and the main principles of route selection respectively based on different perspectives, including engineering, economy, geology, environmental protection and overall planning.
