南水北调中线穿黄隧洞内衬边顶拱试验研究

摘要 通过南水北调中线穿黄隧洞内衬边顶拱8次地面模拟试验,总结分析了黄土类地层中单一砂层、半砂半土、单一黏土等复杂地质层隧洞边顶拱混凝土浇筑铺料厚度、振捣、外观质量,波纹管、铜止水等预埋件,指出试验采用特制软管和无枕轨道交通可使现场施工中混凝土水平运输,从施工进度和经济效益上看很可观,可供同类工程借鉴。 Through 8 times ground simulation test of side lined crown of the tunnel crossing the Yellow-River located on the Mid-route of South- to-North water transfer project, it is analyzed and summarized concreting materials thickness, vibrating, appearance and quality, embedded parts in the use of side crown of tunnel under complicated geological conditions such as single sand, mixed sand and soil and single clay. Special hose and no sleeper track traffic are used in the test to ensure the horizontal delivery of concrete, which is considerable for construction progress and is also economical and can be referred in the similar project.
