烯丙基聚乙二醇存在下阳离子聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液的制备工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG-2400)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为功能单体,以2,2′-偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐(AIBI,VA-440)为引发剂,通过种子半连续乳液聚合法制备新型阳离子聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。红外光谱(FT-IR)证实了各种单体均参加了共聚反应;通过测定乳液的粒径分布、Zeta电位及黏度,考察了APEG-2400、AIBI及DMC用量对乳液聚合过程的影响。结果表明:当APEG-2400用量为3.0%,AIBI用量为1.2%,DMC用量为3.0%时,可制得具有良好外观且性能稳定的阳离子聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。 A novel series of cationic aelwlate via seed, semi-continuous copolymerization with functional (APEG-2400) and methacrloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammoni ry' late monomers and 2,2'-azobis [ 2- ( 2-imidazolin- 2-yl ) VA-440) as initiator.
