摘要
萘是一种潜在的致癌物。市售卫生球中是否含有萘含量的受到越来越多人们的关注。本文以甲醇为流动相,用纯萘为标准物质,用HLPC法测定了在市场上随机购买的2种樟脑丸中萘的含量。结果表明,一种样品萘的含量较高。
Naphthalene is a potential carcinogen. The naphthalene content of commercial camphor pellets was paid more and more attention by people. In this paper, taking methanol as mobile phase and pure naphthalene as standard substance, two kinds of camphor pellets which were purchased randomly from the market were detected by HPLC. The results showed that one of the camphor pellets contained high naphthalene.
