摘要
从我国建筑节能领域的现状和存在问题出发,分析这些问题产生的原因,提出以房地产企业为主导的建筑节能管理模式。同时借鉴全寿命周期理论,指明房地产企业在各个阶段的建筑节能管理工作。并建立建筑节能管理中使所有利益相关者受益的利益共赢体系,从而为这种模式的运行提供基础的动力和保障。
Starting from the current situation and existing problems in the field of building energy conservation in China, this article analyzes the causes of these problems, and proposes a building energy efficiency management mode with real estate enterprises as the leader. Referring to the theory of whole life cycle, the building energy conservation work in various stages of real estate enterprises is demonstrated and a win-win system is established for all stakeholders in the management system, so as to provide basic motivation and guarantee for the operating mode.
