水通道蛋白对动物适旱性作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 对于干旱区的动物来说,如何高效地利用有限的水资源很重要。水通道蛋白(Aquaporin,AQP)构成水分转运的特异性通道,促进水分重吸收,以保存体水,调节细胞内外水分平衡,并运输其它小分子物质。每种AQP都有其独特的组织分布和细胞表达位置,以满足机体对水分的需要。为此,就AQP的分子结构、组织特异性分布、生理功能及其与动物适旱性研究进展作一简要综述。 It is very important for the animal in arid area that how can they efficiently utilize limited water resources. Aquaporins con- struct the specific channel of water transportation, promote water reabsorption in order to keep body water, regular water balance of in- side - and outside - cell and transport other small molecular materials. Aquaporins have tissue - specific, which can satisfy demands of different tissues. Therefor,this paper reviewed the present study of the molecular structure, tissue - specific and function of aquaporins and the relationship with animal xeroohilv.
