摘要
现代企业生存压力日益增大,通过实施ERP系统,整合企业资源、挖潜增效,是提升综合竞争力的有效手段。然而,很多企业的ERP实施效果不佳,往往徒具其形,未获其效。笔者尝试从对ERP的正确认识、战略定位等方面分析ERP实施中常见的一些问题,并提出相应地解决之道。
When faced with increasing pressures, modem enterprises can enhance their comprehensive com- petitiveness by implementing ERP, integrating their resources, and raising efficiency. However, in many enterpris- es, ERP is not well performed. The author tries to analyze some common problems in ERP from perspectives of correct understanding, strategic orientation, among others, and puts forward solutions.
