摘要
目的建立复方刺山柑胶囊的质量控制标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中川西獐牙菜、大黄、黄芪、木香、诃子进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对制剂中大黄素、大黄酚进行定量测定。结果薄层色谱主斑点清晰、特征明显、专属性强;大黄素线性范围为0.768~3.840μg/mL(r=0.9996,n=5),平均回收率为100.00%(RSD=1.18%);大黄酚线性范围为2.04~16.32μg/mL(r=0.9993,n=5),平均回收率为100.62%(RSD=0.38%)。结论检测方法简便、可靠、重复性好,可作为复方刺山柑胶囊的质量标准控制方法。
Objective To establish the quality control standard of Compound Cishan'gan Capsules.Methods Swertiae Mussoth Herba,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Aucklae Radix,Chebulae Fructus were identified by TLC.The HPLC in preparations for emodin and chrysophanol were quantificationally analyzed.Results The characteristic for identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The linear range of emodin was 0.768-3.840 μg/mL (r =0.9996,n=5),and the average recovery was 100.00% (RSD =1.18%); the linear range of chrysophanol was 2.04-16.32 μg/mL (r =0.9993,n =5),and the average recovery was 100.62% (RSD =0.38%).Conclusion The detection method is simple,reliable,reproducible,and can be suitable for quality control of Compound Cishangan Capsules.
