2008-2012年柳城县农村安全饮水工程水质微生物检测结果分析

Analysis on Microbial detection results of rural security drinking water quality engineering in liucheng county from 2008 to 2012

摘要 目的全面分析柳城县农村地区生活饮用水水质卫生状况,为加强该地饮水设施建设和水质卫生监管提供科学依据。方法随机取样采集2008-2012年农村居民生活饮用水地下水和地表水水样,按照《生活饮用水标准检测方法》(GB/T5750.12-2006)和《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)进行检测、评价、分析。结果共检测600份水样,2008年水样合格率是12.50%,2012年水样合格率是65.00%,水样合格率呈逐年上升趋势(χ2=106.00,P<0.05);地下水合格率(38.06%)明显高于地表水合格率(20.26%)(χ2=23.14,P<0.05)。结论细菌超标是影响农村生活饮用水水质的重要因素,政府应采取相应措施改善农村生活饮用水水质,同时还应加强对各类水源的防护与卫生监管。 Objective To comprehensive analysis the status drinking water quality of life in liucheng county and provide scientific basis for strengthen the infrastructure construction and drinking water hygiene supervision. Methods Random sampling collection groundwater and surface water sample of rural residents drinking water from 2008 to 2012. According to (Standard test methods of drinking water)) (GB/T5750. 12 -2006 ) and (Drinking water health standards)) (GB/T5749 -2006), detect, evaluate and analysis. Results There were water samples to be detected. The water sample qualified rate is 12.5% in 2008. The water sample quali- fied rate is 65.00% in 2012. The water sample qualified rate increasing year by year (P 〈 0. 05 ) . The water sample qualified rate of groundwater (38.06%) is obviously higher than that of surface water (20. 26% ) (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusions Bacteriological unqualified affecting the safe of rural drinking water. The government should take corresponding measures for improving water quality effectively, and strengthened for all kinds of water protection and health supervision.
