摘要 针对目前在造纸过程仿真和用能分析中未能有效集成物流、能流和流分析的不足,基于序贯模块法,用面向对象、面向模式、数据库和可视化编程技术,设计并开发了一种全新的集成物流、能流和流衡算、显示、存储和分析的造纸过程仿真软件WinPAMS,实现了造纸过程的静态和动态仿真.主要从软件体系结构、抽象单元、数据库、界面、静态和动态仿真的实现等方面介绍了WinPAMS的设计和实现方法.应用案例表明,用WinPAMS易于仿真各种复杂的造纸过程,仿真结果与实际测量结果基本一致.通过对仿真流程操作条件的改变,便于实现用于用能优化的过程模拟. Considering that the present simulation and energy-using analysis of papermaking process are lacking in the integrated analyses of the material, energy and exergy flows, a new simulation software of papermaking process integrated balance accounting, display, storage and analysis of material, energy and exergy flows, named WinPAMS, has been designed and developed under the platform of Microsoft Windows, based on the sequential modular approach and by applied object-oriented, pattern-oriented, database and visualized programming technologies. At the same time, the static and the dynamic simulation have been realized with friendlier human - machine interface. In this paper, the design and implement methods of WinPAMS have been stated mainly from the aspects of software architecture, abstract unit, database, interface and simulation. Case studies show that, by using WinPAMS, it is easy to simulate the complicated papermaking process and the simulation results are nearly consistent with the actual measuring results, and it is also convenient for optimizing energy-using of process simulation by changing operation parameters.
