摘要
目的 :探讨锰的神经毒性作用机制 ,观察锰对大鼠海马神经微丝蛋白 (NF)表达的影响。方法 :选用 2月龄Wistar大鼠 16只 ,均分为染锰组和对照组 ,3月后采用免疫组化法研究大鼠海马NF表达的变化情况。结果 :海马各区NF免疫组化反应产物的表达强度明显降低 ,且有串珠样改变。结论
Objective:To explore the toxic effect of manganese on neurofilament(NF)expression and the mechanism of neurotoxicity manganese of on rats.Methods:High manganese rats were prepared by giving MnCl\-2 solution(10g/L)as drinking water adlib to rats for 3 months.Samples of rat brain were taken 3 months later and hippocampal NF positive neurons were examined by immunohistochemical technique.Results:The density of NF positive product wds markedly decreased and with changes in the NF positive axon in the high Mn group as compared with the control group.Conclusion:changes of NF expression is an important characterstics of the offet of manganese on the deoebpment of brain.
