摘要
【目的】探讨妊娠高血压患者胎盘绒毛组织氧化应激状态的改变。【方法】收集42名妊娠期高血压、子痫前期患者与20名正常妊娠足月孕妇胎盘绒毛组织。检测胎盘绒毛组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteic acid,Hcy)。【结果】妊娠期高血压疾病组胎盘绒毛组织GSH-PX活性([21.52±7.67)U/mg]显著低于正常妊娠组([25.13±21.26)U/mg,P<0.01],妊娠期高血压疾病组SOD活性([218.32±15.46)U/mg]显著低于正常妊娠组([245.63±28.31)U/mg,P<0.01],妊娠期高血压疾病组Hcy([15.37±3.61)μmol/mg]显著高于正常妊娠组([13.95±2.38)μmol/mg,P<0.01],且妊娠高血压疾病组Hcy与SOD呈负相关(r=-0.825,P<0.05)。【结论】妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘绒毛组织中氧化物质增多,抗氧化酶活性降低,氧化还原系统平衡失调,呈现氧化应激状态。
[Objective] To explore the oxidative stress in placental villus of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. [Methods] The placental villus of 42 women (gestational hypertension and preeclampsia) and 20 normal pregnant of full term were collected, and the activity of GSH-PX, SOD and the concentration of Hcy in placental villus were decteded. [Results] The activity of GSH-PX in placental villus was markedly lower in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy [(21.52 ±7.67) U/mg] than in normal pregnancy [(25.13 ±21.26) U/mg, P〈0.01]. The activity of SOD in placental villus was markedly lower in hypertensived isorder omplicating pregnancy [(218.32 ±15.46) U/mg] than in normal pregnancy [(245.63 ±28.31) U/mg, P 〈 0.01]. The concentration of Hcy in placental villus of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy [(15.37± 3.61) μmol/mg] was more than normal pregnaney[(l 3.95 ±2.38) μmol/mg, P 〈 0.01] . In addition, the level of Hcy had positive relationship with the activity of SOD in placental villus of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(r -= -0.825, P 〈 0.05). [Conclusions] Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can increse oxidant and decrease antioxidant.
