摘要
目的识别、分析、评价某钼矿企业30 000 t/d扩建工程建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应的防护对策与措施,防治和控制职业病的发生。方法采用检查表分析法、类比法和经验法进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有矽尘、煤尘、噪声、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、高温、工频电场。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目可以实施。
[ Objective ] To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards of an enterprise of 30 000 t/d expansion project, and propose appropriate measures for protection, prevention and control of occupational diseases. [ Methods ] The methods of cheek- list, analogy and empirical method were applied for the evaluation. [ Results ] The main occupational hazards in the production process in this project were silicon dust, coal dust, noise, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, temperature and e- lectric field. [ Conclusion] The project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards, the possible occupa- tional hazards that may arise during the production process of this project can be prevented, therefore, the project is feasible from the view of occupational hygiene.
