Clinical Efficacy of Deep Brain Stimulation of the Lateral Dorsal Part of Subthalamic Nucleus for Parkinson's Disease

摘要 对帕金森病惠者的临床表现及行丘脑底核背外侧部电刺激术后效果进行回顾性分析,探讨丘脑底核背外侧部电刺激治疗帕金森病的临床效果。脑深部电刺激手术是神经外科领域治疗原发性帕金森病的首选治疗方式,其最常选择的刺激核团是丘脑底核背外侧部,手术总体效果良好。
