摘要
目的:观察癸源方治疗不同年龄卵巢储备功能下降的临床疗效。方法:纳入卵巢储备功能下降患者64例,采用非随机同期对照研究方法,将患者分为中药组34例和西药组30例。中药组采用癸源方治疗,西药组采用性激素替代疗法,疗程均为3个月。按年龄分层观察比较两组血清性激素水平、中医症候疗效、月经周期的变化及妊娠情况。结果:治疗后,年龄>30岁的患者中,中药组的FSH水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),E2水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);且两组治疗前后FSH差值组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,中药组和西药组中年龄>30岁患者的中医症候疗效总有效率分别为80.00%和42.85%,中药组的疗效优于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后随访3个月时,西药组中年龄≤30岁患者的月经周期情况较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),中药组中年龄>30岁患者的月经周期情况较治疗前亦明显改善(P<0.01)。两组中有生育要求的患者其妊娠情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:癸源方能显著改善卵巢储备功能下降患者的相关临床症候、月经周期情况和血清性激素水平,尤其对年龄>30岁患者的疗效较激素替代疗法更具临床优势。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Guiyuan Formula＂ on different-aged patients of decreasing ovarian store （DOS）. Methods： Sixty-four patients with DOS were selected, which were divided into Chinese medicine group （n = 34） and western medicine group （n = 30） with a non-randomized concurrent control trial. The Chinese medicine group was treated with ＂Guiyuan Formula＂, and the western medicine group was treated with hormone replacement therapy, with a coarse of 3 months. The serum sex hormone levels, the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, the menstrual cycle and the case of pregnancy were evaluated stratified by age. Results： Among the patients of more than 30 years old, after treatment, the level of FSH in Chinese medicine group was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the level of E2 was obviously increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and there was statistical difference between two groups in the difference-value of FSH between before and after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Among the patients of more than 30 years old, the total effective rates of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were 80.00% and 42.85% respectively on TCM Syndrome, and the effect of Chinese medicine group was better than western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Three months follow-up after treatment, the menstrual cycle of patients of less than 30 years old in western medicine group was remarkably improved （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the menstrual cycle of patients of more than 30 years old in Chinese medicine group was also improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no statistical difference between two groups in the aspect of pregnancy （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Guiyuan Formula＂ can greatly improve the clinical symptoms, menstrual cycle and the levels of serum sex hormones of patients with DOS. Especially for the patients of more than 30 years old, ＂Guiyuan Formula＂ has more clinical advantages than the hormone replacement therapy.
