摘要
分析了光电式接近开关检测的现状,并针对动作距离的测量提出了一种全新的检测方法;介绍了利用激光进行检测平面的对焦和平行度校准的光电开关测量系统,解决了光电开关传统检测方法中远距离对焦精度差、平行度达不到要求等问题,大大提高了检测效率和精度。
This paper analyzed the present situation of the photoelectric proximity switch detecting,and dis- tance measurements for action put forward a new method for detecting. This paper described the use of a laser focus detection plane and parallel measuring system calibrated photoelectric switch.Solved the photoelectric switch distance focus accuracy is poor, traditional detection methods do not meet the requirements of paral- lelism and other issues,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of detection.
