摘要
综述了干涉型防反射薄膜和仿生型防反射薄膜的制备原理和方法,重点阐述了上述2种防反射薄膜及其制备方法的研究背景、研究进展及所面临的挑战,展望了防反射薄膜的发展趋势及应用前景。
The principles and preparation methods of interference-type antireflecting films and bionic type antire- flecting films were reviewed. The research backgrounds, progress and challenges of the above two kinds of films and various preparation methods were detailly described. Finally, the developing trends and promising applications of the films were also presented.
