摘要
本文通过实验对比火焰喷涂和水粉浆喷涂,发现采用水粉浆喷涂虽然后期可能发黑,但是生产成本相对较低,不会出现脱粉及破坏石英玻璃强度等问题,采用有机粘结剂配制水喷粉浆的做法在光效、成本等方面较常用做法有很大优势。
This paper experimental compares flame spraying and water slurry spraying. The advanteges of water slurry spray method founded that the production costs are relatively low, will not appear from powder and destruction on the strength of quartz glass although may be black at latter time. Water slurry spray using an organic binder has a great advantage at luminous efficiency, cost and other aspects compares to common approach.
