人工快速渗滤系统中亚硝酸细菌的筛选及转化能力研究 被引量:2

摘要 从人工快速渗滤系统中分离出12株亚硝酸细菌,筛选出氨氮转化效率较高的6株菌Y11、Y14、Y22、Y32、Y41、Y52。结合细菌形态特征、生理特性和16SrDNA测序结果,可确定6株菌分别属于中华根瘤菌属(Sinorhizobiumsp.)、代尔夫特菌属(Diaphorobacter sp.)、剑菌属(Ensifer sp.)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)、土壤短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus agri)、环状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus circulans)。对上述细菌的氨氮转化效率进行了研究,结果发现Y11菌株氨氮转化速率为20.0mg/(L·d),Y32、Y41、Y52菌株氨氮转化速率为16.6mg/(L·d),Y14菌株氨氮转化速率为14.2mg/(L·d),Y22菌株氨氮转化速率为12.5mg/(L·d)。 12 strains of nitrite bacteria were isolated from constructed rapid infiltration (CRI) system and 6 of them with higher nitrite nitrogen accumulation rate were screened, they were named Y11, Y14, Y22, Y32, Y41 and Y52. According to bacteria morphological and physiological characteristics and sequencing results of 16S rDNA,these six bacteria belonged to Sinorhizobium sp. , Diaphorobacter sp. , Ensifer sp. , Bacillus sp. , Brevibacillus agri and Bacillus circulans, respectively. Ammonia nitrogen conversion rate of above 6 bacteria was studied, and the results showed that ammonia nitrogen conversion rate of Yll was 20.0 mg/(L · d), that of Y32, Y41 and Y52 was 16.6 mg/(L · d),that of Y14 was 14.2 mg/(L · d),and that of Y22 was 12.5 mg/(L · d).
