无机肥配施有机肥对黄淮地区越冬茬番茄产量和品质的影响 被引量:9

Effects of combined application of organic manure and chemical fertilizers on the yield and quality of overwintering tomato in the Huanghuai area in China

摘要 利用有机肥和无机肥不同配比及适量增加钾肥的方法,对黄淮地区越冬茬番茄植株初期生长及番茄产量、品质进行了研究.结果表明,合理的有机肥和无机肥配施有利于番茄植株的生长,施用有机肥比例较大的处理H3和H4在前4周番茄植株生长均不如全施无机肥的H1和无机肥比例较大的H2;第6周时情况相反.合适比例的有机肥和无机肥配合施用及钾肥的适量增加能明显提高番茄产量,H5比CK增产14.47%;有机肥比例的适量增加能明显提高番茄果实中番茄红素和Vc的含量,降低有机酸、硝酸盐及亚硝酸盐的含量;钾肥的适量增加对番茄植株初期生长及番茄可溶性糖、有机酸、Vc均有提高作用;番茄红素随钾肥的增加呈降低趋势.在试验条件下,综合考虑,H5(有机肥N:无机肥N=1∶1且N-P-K=1∶1∶1.5)施肥配方较有利于黄淮地区越冬茬番茄生产. This study was conducted to determine the effects of combined application of organic manure and chemical fertilizers on the plant growth and yield and quality of overwintering tomato in the Yellow River-Huaihe River Area. The results showed that reasonable incorporated application of organic and chemical fertilizers was beneficial to the growth of tomato plants. In the first four weeks, the tomato plants growth of H3 and H4 was all around better than that of H1 and H2, which was opposite in the sixth week; appropriate proportion of organic and inorganic fertilizer application could obviously increase the yield and economic benefit of the tomato, and the yield of H5 was 14.47% higher than that of the CK; increasing organic fertilizer proportion can obviously increase the content of lycopene and Vc in tomato fruits, and could cut down the content of organic acid, nitrate and nitrite; the moderate increasing of potash could improve the early growth of tomato plants and increase the confent of tomato soluble sugar, organic acid and Vc; the content of lycopene showed a trend of decrease with the increase of the potassium fertilizer; under the test conditions, with comprehensive consideration, H5 (organic manure N : chemical fertilizers N = 1 : 1 and N - P - K = 1 : 1 : 1.5 ) fertilization formula was conducive to the overwintering tomato production in Huanghuai region in China.
