摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体感染在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘发病中的阳性率及相关性。方法选择106例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为观察组，90例反复上呼吸道感染患儿为对照组，检测血清肺炎支原体IgM抗体、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数和血清总IgE水平，比较两组患儿肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性率及肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性患儿外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数和血清总IgE水平。结果观察组肺炎支原体IsM抗体阳性率为35．8％（38／106），对照组是14．4％（13／90），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患儿5—12岁组血清肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性率较1～5岁组高，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。观察组肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性患儿的血清总IgE水平和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数均明显高于对照组患儿，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论肺炎支原体是小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘发生的危险因素，肺炎支原体感染容易诱发咳嗽变异性哮喘。两者关系密切。
Objective To explore the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumonia infection and cough variant asthma in children. Meth- ods One hundred and six patients with cough variant asthma were selected as trial group and ninety patients with upper respiratory tract infection as control group. Mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibody, count of eosinophils in peripheral blood and total serum level of IgE were determined. The positive rates of Myeoplasma pneumonia antibody in both groups were compared, and the count of eosinophils in peripheral blood and total serum level of IgE were examined. Results The positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumonia [gM antibody was 35.8% （38/106） in trial group and 14.4% （ 13/90 ） in control group, and their difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumonia antibody in patients of 5 to 12 years old group was higher than that of patients of 1 to 5 years old group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The count of eosinopbils in peripheral blood and total level of serum IgE in trial group were higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The infection of Mycoplasma pneumonia is the risk factor responsible for cough variant asthma in children, and it would easily induce cough variant asthma, hence there is a close relationship be- tween them.
